Inmate Communications

The County of Kings is seeking a qualified vendor to design, install, operate, and maintain a comprehensive inmate communications system for the Kings County Jail. The solution must include inmate telephone service (ITS), video visitation (VVS), correctional‑grade tablets, booking/intake kiosks, and lobby payment/registration kiosks. The vendor must attend a mandatory site evaluation on September 22, 2026, submit a detailed technical and financial proposal by October 27, 2026, and comply with extensive security, ADA, and reporting requirements.
