Overhaul of the Wheels, Brakes and associated components to support the HC-144 and HC-27J Aircraft

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to overhaul the wheels, brakes, and associated components to support the HC-144 and HC-27J aircraft. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed five years. The contractor must submit prices for each of the five one-year option periods to be considered for award. • The contractor will be responsible for overhauling the wheels, brakes, and associated components. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a quality control manual that addresses risk management, test, inspection, non-conforming product, and counterfeit/suspect parts processes. • The contractor must notify the USCG of any changes that potentially have an impact on the product. • The USCG reserves the right to inspect any non-conforming product or component.
