This RFI seeks market research and informational input on substation construction services for the Grand River Dam Authority. The authority is gathering vendor insights on capabilities, costs, and execution strategies for potential substation upgrades, expansions, and related work.
• Scope includes transmission structures, equipment installation, foundations, grounding systems, and control building work.
• Interested vendors are invited to attend an in‑person engagement meeting on Oct 15, 2026 to ask questions and provide feedback.
• Responses must be emailed to Paul Proctor by Oct 20, 2026 2 PM CST; questions are due by Oct 19, 2026 2 PM CST.
