27-002 RFQ AND PROPOSALS PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT, DESIGN SERVICES, AND CONSTRUCTION ADMIN

The City of Griffin is seeking engineering firms to provide preliminary engineering reports, design services, and construction administration for federally funded projects. The firm should have experience with federal funds, HUD, EDA, ARC, and similar projects. The proposal should include information about the firm's history, resources, key personnel, and experience with similar projects. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to waive informalities in the proposal process. • The project is subject to federal and state contract provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and/or other federal agencies. • The project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. • The city abides by laws such as Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 109 of the HCD Act of 1974, and the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA). • The proposal should be received electronically or by mail no later than 2:00 pm on September 4, 2026. • Questions can be sent to the email address [email protected].
