The Narragansett Bay Commission is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the planning‑phase of improvements to the Field’s Point Combined‑Sewer‑Overflow (CSO) Tunnel System in Providence, RI. The work includes comprehensive condition assessments of eight gate & screening structures, shafts, tunnel sections, pump stations, ventilation and control systems, followed by development of improvement concepts and a Design‑Concept Report. • Conduct multidisciplinary inspections of tunnel infrastructure, pumps, shafts, and associated mechanical/electrical systems.

• Provide ongoing project management, QA/QC, monthly progress reports, and attend regular coordination meetings.
