Electronic Payment Consulting Services

The Office of the State Treasurer is seeking a consultant to provide electronic payment consulting services to the State of Delaware. The consultant will provide advice and recommendations on merchant services, including payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS) compliance. The scope of work includes attending meetings, providing independent advice, and assisting with the procurement of merchant services contracts.
