500KVA 3 Phase Padmount Transformers

The City of Farmington is seeking bids for three-phase padmount transformers, including radial and loop-fed models. The bid specifications require that the transformers meet certain electrical and mechanical characteristics, and that the bidder provides a manufacturer's standard warranty for parts and labor. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor with a delivery time of 180 days. • The bid includes four items: (3) Radial 500KVA and (1) Loop 500KVA transformers. • The bidder must provide all requested information and attach required documentation. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. • The contract will be awarded for a period of time as set forth in the Bid Line Items. • The City retains the right to purchase the same or similar materials or items from other sources.
