Travel Exhibit Kit

The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking bids for a Travel Exhibit Kit for the Illinois State Archives. The kit should include 12-38.75 x 38.75” panels, 6-19.5 x 38.75” panels, a flight case with foam-cushioned interior, adjustable feet, and the ability to be designed in any configuration. The panels must be finished on both sides with vinyl material and the vinyl must be Class A fire-rated. The contract term will be from the date of execution through April 1, 2026, with the option to renew for up to 10 years. • The vendor must provide a quote that includes the cost of shipping. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage, insurance, and confidentiality. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance naming the Agency as an additional insured. • The vendor must indemnify and hold harmless the Agency, its agencies, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all costs, demands, expenses, losses, claims, damages, liabilities, settlements, and judgments.
