GENERAL MERCHANDISE

The Humble ISD is seeking proposals for a General Merchandise Request For Proposal. The proposal will be in effect from the award date through August 11, 2028. Vendors will be reviewed and awarded throughout the term of the RFP. The district is looking for vendors to provide general merchandise, and potential responders are required to provide three to five school district or higher education customer references. • The RFP is open on a rolling basis, with the last date to respond to be considered for award under this RFP being April 11, 2028 at 2:00 PM. • Vendors should submit responses to the proposal immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list. • If a vendor has previously responded and been awarded on previous issues of the General Merchandise RFP, they do not need to reply to subsequent issues of this rolling bid. • The district requires potential responders to provide customer references, which should be completed by 4:00 PM on the Friday before the RFP response is due.
