2-INCH GALVANIZED WATER MAIN REPLACEMENTS LITTLE ROCK 2026 PHASE 2

Central Arkansas Water is seeking qualified contractors to replace and install new water mains throughout Little Rock as part of Phase 2 of its 2026 water infrastructure upgrade. The scope includes removal of existing 2‑inch galvanized pipe and installation of approximately 900 linear feet of new 8‑inch ductile‑iron pipe, 3,390 linear feet of 6‑inch ductile‑iron pipe, and 6,040 linear feet of 3‑inch PVC pipe across a wide range of city streets. Bidders must obtain the full contract documents, be listed on the plan‑holders list, and submit a sealed bid with a bond equal to at least 5 % of the total bid amount.
