Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $12,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on comparable dam‑rehabilitation projects of similar size (≈640 ft length, 25 ft height) and the extensive scope—including demolition, new earthen embankment, concrete spillway, utility relocation, permitting, and a 485‑day schedule—a realistic contract award would fall in the multi‑million‑dollar range. Assuming average unit costs of $150‑$350 per cubic yard for earthwork, $300‑$500 per square foot for concrete structures, plus professional fees and bonds, the total likely lands between $5 million and $12 million. Factors influencing the final amount include site conditions, material prices, subcontractor rates, and any unforeseen environmental mitigation.
