Intent to Sole Source: Hetra Lifts

The Massachusetts National Guard Director of Logistics Service Maintenance Management Officer (MAARNG DOL SMMO) intends to award a contract to procure services of two Hetra Lifts for Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) facilities. The proposed contract action will be sole source to ARI PHOENIX INC. The requirement is for a fixed firm price supply type purchase order, and the Government does not own or possess the facility necessary to facilitate competition for these services. • The contract is for the procurement of two Hetra Lifts • The lifts will be used for MAARNG facilities • The contract will be awarded to ARI PHOENIX INC • The requirement is for a fixed firm price supply type purchase order • The Government is not obligated to pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice
