The Vermont Air National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide catering services for their Regularly Scheduled Drill Weekends. The contractor will be responsible for providing meals, including preparation, service, and cleanup, for approximately 350-400 personnel per day. The meals must meet specific nutritional and food safety standards, and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The contract will be for a 12-month period, with a possible extension.
