MUSE NETA Certification and Accreditation Programs

The Navy’s NAVFAC EXW MUSE Division is seeking a single‑source contract with the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) to provide comprehensive certification, accreditation, and training services for up to 60 active‑duty MUSE technicians. The effort includes membership dues, administration of ANSI/NETA exams, delivery of technical standards and publications, on‑site training, and conference participation over a three‑year period. • Establish and maintain NETA Approved Military Organization (NAMO) status for the division. • Provide up to three certification exam attempts per sailor annually, plus practice exams and CTD credit tracking. • Supply hard‑copy and electronic copies of ANSI/NETA standards, 10 copies of NETA World Journal, two technical handbooks, and access to 70+ self‑paced seminars and 130 webinars. • Fund six full‑registration packages for the annual PowerTest Electrical Maintenance and Safety Conference and coordinate on‑site training at the MUSE location.
