The Winnebago County Parks Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the purpose of designing and providing construction oversight for the proposed improvements to the Sunnyview Exposition Center Covered Arena. The consultant shall have previous experience working with public park or general building projects of similar scope. The scope of work includes designing and engineering buildings, open air structures, and general park projects. The selected consultant will meet with the Director of Parks to prepare a contractual agreement between the County and the consultant.
