USCG Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Antenna Matching Unit

The United States Coast Guard is issuing a notice of intent to sole source a contract for the procurement of Antenna Matching Units (Mfgr Part #: 1000-1128-401, NSN: 5895-01-261-5521) from Antenna Products Corporation. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102(a). The procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) – only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Antenna Matching Units are the only product capable of fulfilling the Government’s need, as they are compatible with the existing infrastructure that supports Coast Guard Remote Communications Facilities. • The contract is for the procurement of 2 Antenna Matching Units. • The units must be delivered to the U.S. Coast Guard SFLC Baltimore, Receiving Bldg: 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. • The delivery must be made within 180 days after receipt of order. • The contract award amount is to be determined. • Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 1:00PM ET on Monday, 27 July 2026.
