The County of Santa Barbara is seeking qualified laboratory service providers to lease one dedicated room at each of two county health‑care centers (Lompoc and Santa Maria) for outpatient phlebotomy and related clinical laboratory services. The provider must operate under a market‑rate lease, supply all staffing, equipment, and supplies, and bill patients directly for services while sharing the existing waiting areas. The spaces become available September 1, 2026 and must operate during the health‑center hours (Mon‑Fri 8 am‑noon, 1 pm‑5 pm).
