The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting a market research “Sources Sought” effort to identify qualified vendors capable of supplying 641 National Stock Number (NSN) items for Army ground‑combat vehicles. Interested firms must submit a brief capabilities statement that includes company information, DUNS/CAGE, manufacturer part numbers, authorized distributor letters, and any commercial invoices that demonstrate the items are commercial in nature. The solicitation will potentially lead to an Indefinite‑Quantity Contract (IDIQ) of 1‑10 years, awarded under FAR Part 12 (commercial) or FAR Part 15 (non‑commercial) depending on the commerciality proof provided.
• Provide capability statements for the listed NSNs (e.g., hinges, valves, cable assemblies, shields, etc.).
