Household Appliances - RFI

The State of Washington is seeking input from vendors for the development of specifications for household appliances. The current statewide contract is due to expire on January 31, 2026. The state is looking for information on vendors' capabilities, products, and pricing. The contract will provide for the as-needed purchase of household appliances by state agencies and qualifying organizations. • The state is seeking information on vendors' ability to provide ADA-compliant appliances, new dent and scratch appliances, and warranty information. • Vendors are asked to provide information on their pricing factors, delivery capabilities, and website options. • The state is also seeking information on vendors' ability to provide sustainable products and packaging. • The RFI is not a mandatory requirement for participation in any subsequent solicitations, but the results may be used in the development of future solicitations.
