Description
Clark County is seeking qualified contractors to design‑build and construct improvements to Pebble Road between Las Vegas Boulevard and Eastern Avenue in the unincorporated area of the county. The contract includes removal and replacement of existing asphalt, installation of a new median island, utility adjustments, concrete work to meet ADA standards, pavement markings, signage, conduit, barrier rail extensions, impact attenuators, traffic signal loops, and related items. All labor, materials, transportation, and services are required under a single‑price bid. The project must be completed within an approximate 180‑day construction window, with phased traffic control that ultimately allows one lane per direction to remain open.
