This FAA solicitation seeks a qualified small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial cleaning services for two FAA facilities on Martha’s Vineyard: the MVY Air Traffic Control Tower (71 Airport Rd) and the adjacent Administration Building (23 North Line Ave). The work includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual cleaning tasks covering waste removal, surface dusting, high‑surface cleaning, carpet care, floor stripping/waxing, window cleaning, restroom sanitation, break‑room upkeep, and specialized cleaning of equipment rooms, HVAC registers, and other operational areas. All cleaning must be performed between 07:00 – 17:00, seven days a week, including federal holidays, and the contractor must furnish all cleaning supplies, equipment, and on‑site storage. The contract is a Firm‑Fixed‑Price IDIQ with a nine‑month base period (01/01/2027 – 09/30/2027) and up to four 12‑month option years.
