The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking Architect/Engineer (A/E) services for District-wide Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) projects primarily within the Mid-Atlantic Region mission boundaries. The selected firm will provide A/E services for various projects, including correctional facilities, administration/office buildings, maintenance shops, training centers, and central utility plants. The firm will be responsible for designing projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. • The contract will be for a period of 10 years, with a maximum cumulative contract value of $150,000,000. • The firm will be selected based on their professional qualifications, specialized experience, technical competence, capacity, past performance, and small business participation. • The firm must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have an active registration prior to the proposal submission deadline. • Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. • The deadline for proposal submission is 20 August 2025, 4:00 PM EST.
