The City of Atlanta is seeking a qualified property management firm to operate City Plaza, a mixed-use development. The selected firm will provide full-service residential and retail property management, including day-to-day operations, tenant relations, leasing support, financial management, and maintenance coordination. The firm must have at least 10 years of experience in managing mixed-use residential and retail properties and must demonstrate technical capability, organizational capacity, and financial stability. • The project involves managing a City-owned property with a variety of tenants and functions. • The selected firm will be responsible for implementing operational controls and management practices to support occupancy goals and maintain the property. • The firm must provide comprehensive property management services, including leasing, financial management, tenant coordination, maintenance oversight, and emergency response services. • The City reserves the right to modify or extend the contract at its sole discretion.
