The work includes manufacturing both broadband (Sloan u‑g‑r‑i‑z) and narrow‑band filters, providing witness samples and coating coupons, delivering inspection reports, and conducting a Manufacturing Readiness Review. All filters must meet stringent optical, mechanical, and durability specifications, be packaged to Level 100A cleanliness, and comply with export‑control and forced‑labor certifications.
• Manufacture rectangular (49 × 35 mm) and round (34 mm) fused‑silica interference filters with AR coatings, meeting wavefront error ≤ ¼ λ, surface roughness ≤ 6 nm RMS, and ghost‑fraction < 0.4 %.
• Provide detailed cost and schedule proposals, optional expedite fee, and complete documentation (drawings, test data, cleaning procedures).
• Deliver seven coating coupons and two witness samples per filter type, attend a pre‑submission virtual meeting, and host a Manufacturing Readiness Review before fabrication.
