The Air Force is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to design, fabricate, and install blast‑deflector fences (blast shields) on the South Apron of Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The work includes supplying five primary blast shields (with an optional two additional shields), anchoring them to existing concrete using epoxy‑locked anchors, applying corrosion‑resistant finishes, painting aircraft parking numbers, and completing related site‑preparation tasks such as sign removal and restricted‑area line repainting.
