Snack Vending Services

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is seeking proposals for snack vending services on its Cheyenne campus. The selected vendor will enter into an exclusive three-year agreement, extendable up to two additional years, to provide snack vending services at approximately nine locations on campus. The vendor must offer a variety of products, including healthy options, and provide state-of-the-art vending machines with technology to enhance the customer experience. Key requirements include: • Providing healthy vending snack options and typical snack vending options • Describing how to accomplish a balance of snack items with vending machine solutions • Listing vended options with retail prices • Providing images or pictures of proposed vending machines • Offering a monthly percentage commission on gross sales • Managing and maintaining vending machines to ensure they are in working order and well-stocked LCCC reserves the right to negotiate the final terms and conditions of the agreement.
