Architectural Services RFQ

The City of Talent is requesting submittal of qualifications for an Architectural Services provider to design the renovation of the Talent Community Resource Center at 49 Talent Ave. The project includes schematic design, consultation, and final design. The selected respondent will be required to provide professional services, including architectural design, and will be expected to work with the City and the prospective tenant to ensure the project meets their needs. The City is looking for a respondent with experience in designing commercial renovations and a strong understanding of the project requirements.
