Food and Catering Services - Brainerd Campus

Central Lakes College (Brainerd Campus) is seeking a qualified food‑service provider to operate a year‑round cafeteria and to deliver catering for campus events. The vendor must develop menus, price items, handle daily operations, and provide flexible catering for events of any size, while meeting nutritional, dietary‑restriction, sustainability, and marketing goals. The contract will run for three years with an optional two‑year extension. • Operate a manual/self‑service cafeteria (7:30 am‑2:00 pm Mon‑Fri) offering breakfast, lunch, grab‑and‑go, value meals, and special‑diet options. • Provide full‑service catering for on‑campus events (20–200+ attendees) and limited off‑campus catering, with set‑up ≤ 1 hour before and clean‑up ≤ 1 hour after events. • Submit weekly menus, marketing plans, and a financial proposal (flat fee, lease, or percentage of gross sales). • Meet all licensing, health‑inspection, PCI‑DSS, and sustainability requirements; submit monthly sales reports and an Affidavit of Non‑Collusion. • Participate in a finalist interview; contract effective 1 July 2026 (or later) and must be signed by 15 May 2026.
