Glamping Concession Services at Turtle Beach Campground

Sarasota County is seeking a qualified concessionaire to provide and manage glamping services at Turtle Beach Campground. The concessionaire will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a limited number of furnished campsites, guest services, and related amenities. The concessionaire must demonstrate experience providing, operating, and managing camping, outdoor lodging, glamping, or comparable hospitality services. • The concessionaire will be required to pay the County a minimum of 5% of Total Gross Sales each month and a minimum site fee of $75 per campsite, per day for 365 days per year. • The concessionaire will be responsible for all costs associated with operations, including furnishings, equipment, supplies, staffing, insurance, and infrastructure. • The concessionaire must maintain operations 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, except for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and periods when the campground is closed by the County. • The concessionaire must maintain a staffed telephone contact during operating hours and return messages within 24 hours. • The concessionaire must provide detailed proposals for additional services, including scope, frequency, and anticipated revenue.
