Facilitation Services, Coaching, and Curriculum Development

The State of Tennessee’s Department of Human Resources, Office of Organization & Agility, is gathering information to build a preferred‑vendor directory of speakers, workshop facilitators, and executive coaches. The RFI seeks entities that can deliver keynote addresses, graduation speeches, panel participation, single‑session workshops (half‑day, full‑day, or 90‑minute), and executive coaching (typically six 60‑90 minute sessions). Respondents must identify the leadership competencies they can cover, the coaching strategies they employ, and provide pricing ranges. All submissions become State property, and successful vendors will be listed for ad‑hoc selection on future engagements across Tennessee. • Scope: In‑person or virtual facilitation, keynote/panel speaking, and executive coaching. • Target audience: Frontline, mid‑level, and senior state leaders; events held at state parks, facilities, or via virtual platforms. • Requirements: Complete technical and cost forms, resumes/headshots for each presenter, 2‑3 references, and optional sample curricula. No subcontracting; travel expenses reimbursed separately.
