Curricular & Extracurricular Student Enrichment Services

Alief Independent School District is seeking qualified companies and/or individuals to establish a pool of pre-approved suppliers able to provide Curricular & Extracurricular Student Enrichment Services. The services may include after-school/summer school student enrichment programs, supplemental content providers, choir/band/orchestra accompanists, fine arts judges, library services, speech/debate coaching, and other services deemed appropriate for this request. The district staff will select from this pool on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term and will request quotes for individual project scope of work. * The contract term is for four years, from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2027. * The contract may be terminated at the written request of either party with 30 business days' notice. * Vendors must comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. * Vendors must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all items sold to Alief ISD, if applicable. * Vendors must disclose any relationships that may be considered a conflict of interest under law.
