The Grand River Dam Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive lead‑based paint abatement, abrasive blasting, structural repairs, recoating, and insulation of seven large powerhouse hatch covers at the Robert S. Kerr Dam. The scope includes hazardous‑coating removal, containment, waste handling, installation of 2‑in. fiberglass insulation, and optional painting of a U.S. flag on one hatch cover.
