Technical Assistance for Mississippi Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (MS‑BCCP)

The Mississippi State Department of Health is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive technical assistance to the Mississippi Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (MS‑BCCP). The work focuses on supporting Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) across the state to improve breast and cervical cancer screening, data collection, quality improvement, and health‑equity initiatives. Vendors must demonstrate at least ten years of experience with CDC‑funded programs, FQHCs, and health‑system training, and must be able to deliver services through webinars, in‑person sessions, learning management systems, and on‑site support. • Provide training, technical assistance, and capacity‑building for FQHC staff on screening protocols, data reporting (UDS), QA/QI, and health‑equity strategies. • Conduct needs assessments, develop implementation plans, and support performance measurement for the MS‑BCCP. • Deliver live and recorded webinars, in‑person workshops, and maintain an online repository of resources. • Assist with federal grant compliance, data modernization, and integration of social determinants of health. • Maintain required certifications, insurance, and comply with HIPAA and state procurement regulations.
