Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Healthcare Coalition Subaward – FY 2026–2027

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is issuing a competitive Request for Applications to award a subgrant under the federal Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP). The award will fund a nonprofit organization to serve as the statewide Healthcare Coalition partner, providing administrative, operational, planning, training, exercise, and coordination support for Mississippi’s health‑care preparedness.
