Bradshaw Army Airfield Obstruction Survey

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide an updated Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airfield Obstruction Survey for the Bradshaw Army Airfield, located at the Pohakuloa Training Area in Hawaii. The contractor will be responsible for conducting a field survey, analyzing results, and delivering findings compliant with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. The scope of work includes designing, developing, and delivering an airfield obstruction survey, generating high-resolution obstruction maps, and creating a 3D airspace surface model. The contractor will also be required to provide OPSEC training and submit various reports, including a post-field survey report, phase I and II obstruction survey reports, and a final obstruction survey report. Key tasks and deliverables include: • Conducting a kickoff meeting with government representatives • Surveying all runways, taxiways, aprons, navigational aids, and associated approach and departure paths • Analyzing imaginary surfaces and evaluating critical zones • Providing mitigation recommendations for obstruction removal, reduction, or lighting • Delivering high-resolution obstruction maps, 3D airspace surface models, and compliance matrices • Submitting OPSEC training certificates and various reports
