ITB-SMCPS-2026-BOE-PRINT - Contracted Printing Services

The Saint Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is seeking bids from experienced and qualified vendors to provide printing, bindery, pre-press, and related printing and graphic services. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and delivery necessary to complete printing projects. The bid must include pricing for various printing services, including black and white and color printing, laminating, and binding. • The vendor must have experience in providing printing services to large organizations. • The vendor must be able to provide a wide range of printing services, including digital printing, offset printing, and large format printing. • The vendor must be able to meet the deadlines and delivery requirements specified by SMCPS. • The vendor must be able to provide high-quality printing services that meet the standards of SMCPS. • The vendor must be able to provide competitive pricing for the printing services. • The vendor must be able to provide excellent customer service and support.
