White Copy Paper

The Chandler Unified School District is seeking bids for the provision of 8 ½ x 11 white copy paper as warehouse stock for School District use. The contract will be for a total of 8,400 cases, with deliveries to be made to the CUSD Main Warehouse over a period of several weeks. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through OpenGov, and must include all required documentation and information, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any minor informality. • The paper must be white, dual purpose, non-recycled, 8 ½ x 11”, 500 sheets/ream, 10 reams/case, 20 lb., #92 Brightness, 90 Opacity Level. • Deliveries will be made to the CUSD Main Warehouse, with a total of 10 deliveries scheduled over several weeks. • Bidders must submit a sample of their product with their bid, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
