The City of St. Petersburg is soliciting a single vendor to replace the existing double doors at the Pier Gift Shop with a new 9330 Hurricane Impact Series electric sliding door system. The scope includes removal and disposal of the current doors, supply and installation of the new sliding door (including electric lock, motion/safety sensors, and a Kynar painted finish), obtaining all required permits, ensuring fire‑code compliance, and providing operating/maintenance manuals plus a functional test with the Project Coordinator present. Vendors must submit a detailed quote through OpenGov by November 3, 2026 and attend a mandatory pre‑proposal meeting on October 21, 2026.
