Employment Physicals 2026-2031

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to conduct employment physicals for federally employed civilians at Grissom Air Reserve Base in Indiana. The contract will be a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and will require the contractor to conduct physical examinations, including new appointments, transfer eligibles, fitness-for-duty assessments, overseas employment clearances, and other miscellaneous physicals and testing. The contractor must be located within the area of Grissom ARB to Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, or Lafayette, Indiana and maintain business hours of Monday-Friday 0730-1600.
