RFP No. 26-2955-5JOK - Recovery Residency Services

Henrico County Government is seeking qualified firms to deliver recovery residency services to individuals referred by the County’s mental health, community corrections, and recovery court programs. The successful vendor will provide on‑site supportive services, case management, and coordination with existing county agencies for the duration of each resident’s stay. This contract supports the County’s goal of facilitating recovery and reducing recidivism among participants. • Services must be provided to qualifying individuals referred by Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services, Henrico Community Corrections Program, and Henrico Recovery Court. • Provider must coordinate with county agencies, maintain confidentiality, and deliver services in accordance with the Scope of Services in the solicitation. • Contract location is Henrico, Virginia; all work will be performed locally.
