South Pier Design, Engineering & Permitting

The Town of Stonington, Connecticut is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive design, engineering, and permitting services for the South Pier project. The scope includes marine‑construction engineering, dock and pier design, civil and structural engineering, environmental permitting, and related professional services required to extend and rehabilitate the existing south pier. The effort will involve detailed design packages, geotechnical and topographic surveys, coordination with state and federal agencies, and preparation of all necessary permits and approvals. • Design of dock and pier extensions (marine construction) • Civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering services • Preparation and submission of environmental permits (CT DEEP, etc.) • Development of construction documents and specifications • Coordination with Connecticut Port Authority and other regulatory bodies • Project management through permitting phase
