The Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking bids for the purchase of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) in bulk quantities for delivery to the Willamette Water Supply System Water Treatment Plant. The contract term will be for one year with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The successful bidder will be required to provide CO2 that meets the technical specifications outlined in the bid documents.
