Description
The Navy’s Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast is conducting a market research “Sources Sought” effort to identify alternative suppliers capable of providing a building automation control system equivalent in performance to the Johnson Controls Metasys platform currently installed at NAS Jacksonville. The solicitation seeks technical data demonstrating that the proposed system can meet specified scalability, open integration (BACnet), security, dashboard, and integration requirements with the existing Metasys system. Respondents must submit a concise technical response (max five one‑sided pages plus required Attachment 1) by the deadline. This is not a solicitation for proposals or a bid, but a request for information to gauge market capability.
• Identify companies that can deliver a building automation control system meeting the listed functional and security criteria.
• Provide detailed technical data (no brochures) for evaluation of compatibility with the existing Metasys system.
• Submit via email to the two listed contacts no later than 30 Oct 2026 3 PM ET.
