Transport Load Autogas Propane Fueling Station

The Albemarle Regional Health Services d/b/a Inter-County Public Transportation Authority is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide a turnkey New Skid Mounted 18,000-gallon propane autogas fueling station. The scope of work includes design, engineering, equipment procurement, delivery, construction, installation, electrification, training, and final commissioning. The selected vendor will be responsible for obtaining all required permits and ensuring full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. • The fueling station must be capable of providing real-time monitoring of propane levels. • The fueling station must have a data management system that records vehicle identification number, mileage, date and time of dispensing, and quantity of fuel dispensed. • The contractor must provide on-site training for ARHS-ICPTA personnel on safe operation, routine maintenance, and emergency shutdown procedures. • The contractor must ensure that the fueling station is fully operational and compliant with all applicable codes and regulations.
