Service Maintenance Agreement for Nikon Spinning Disk Confocal System (NIH decal # 02115180,02115181,02115182)

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to provide service maintenance for their Nikon Spinning Disk Confocal System. The contractor will be required to perform one planned preventive maintenance during the contract period, which will include a thorough cleaning, calibration, adjusting, inspection, and testing of all equipment. The contractor will also be required to provide replacement parts, software updates, and technical support. The contract will include the CSU-X1 Spinning Disk and NIS Elements Software Updates. The contractor will be expected to provide unlimited clinical technical telephone support and trouble-shooting for the instrument and clinical application support. • The contractor must provide all required replacement parts at no additional cost to the Government, with the exception of consumables. • The contractor must provide software updates and technical support in accordance with the manufacturer's latest established service procedures. • The contractor must receive advance approval for the installation of all software updates and revisions from the Government. • The contractor must provide unlimited clinical technical telephone support (24hrs/day, 7 days/week) for trouble-shooting for the instrument and clinical application support (M-F 8am-9pm), excluding Federal holidays.
