RFP: 16178: VULNERABILITY MANAGEMENT AS A SERVICE(VM

Parkland Health & Hospital System seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a full‑scope, risk‑based Vulnerability Management as a Service (VMaaS) program for its entire IT environment, encompassing roughly 58 000 network‑connected assets (including medical devices, workstations, servers, IoT, and “other” devices). The contractor will be responsible for vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation planning, validation, reporting, and ongoing governance, and must integrate with existing security tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, EDR, firewalls) while complying with HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and PCI‑DSS standards. The base contract is three years with two optional one‑year extensions, and the District targets a 25 % M/WBE participation.
