The County of Sedgwick is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install a complete furniture package for its new COMCARE Community Crisis Center in Wichita, KS. The scope includes a wide array of seating, tables, workstations, and specialty behavioral‑health furniture, all required to meet anti‑ligature and weighted specifications, with a minimum twelve‑month warranty and full installation and removal services. • Supply over 300 individual furniture items – chairs, sofas, recliners, tables, workstations, beds, and accessories – as detailed in the SpecBook and Bid Form. • Coordinate delivery, installation, and disposal on‑site, meeting stringent safety and accessibility requirements for a mental‑health facility. • Provide documentation, certifications, and sample approvals (where required) and adhere to the County’s insurance, bonding, and warranty standards.
