Description
The Grants Cibola County Schools district is soliciting qualified vendors to provide a broad suite of ancillary and related services—including audiology, psychological/psychiatric, and therapy/rehabilitation—to support students with special education needs. The contract will be a one‑year award (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with optional extensions up to a total of five years. Proposals must be sealed and submitted by June 1 2026 3:00 PM MDT.
• Service categories: Audiology (hearing‑aid), Psychology/Psychiatric (behavior‑management), and Therapy/Rehabilitation (OT, PT, speech‑language, etc.).
• Required licensure: New Mexico public‑education department credentials for each discipline, plus background checks and insurance.
• Delivery model: On‑site or remote services per Individual Education Plans, with documentation, monthly invoicing, and quarterly progress reporting.
• Evaluation criteria: Experience (40 pts), reliability (15 pts), program offerings (25 pts), and price (20 pts).
