West Side/West Laramie Connector Trail

The City of Laramie, Wyoming is soliciting electronic bids for the construction of the West Side/West Laramie Connector Trail project. The project includes: * Construction of a multi-use pathway * Removal of an existing asphalt pathway * Installation of angular rapid flashing beacons, fencing, and select sidewalk and curb and gutter bridge * Repairs and rehabilitation of a railroad trestle Bids must be submitted online by 1:00 PM on May 5th, 2026, and must be accompanied by a bid bond with sufficient surety of not less than 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and waive irregularities. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 17th, 2026, at 1:00 PM, and attendance is required for bidders.
