145th CS - Local Telecommunications Service - Stanly Co.

The North Carolina National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide local telecommunications services in Stanly County. The contractor will be responsible for providing continuous local voice service with a minimum of 99.9% availability on a 24/7/365 basis. The contractor must also respond to outages and restore service within specified timeframes. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options to extend. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and operations. • The contractor must provide pricing for all CLINS to mirror the unit of issue and quantity on the CLIN schedule. • The contractor must submit a technical proposal addressing the service availability, scheduled outage notifications, catastrophic outages, emergency outages, serious outages, routine outages, and quality of service. • The contractor must comply with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures. • The contractor must provide OPSEC training to contract employees within 30 days of employees' initial assignment to the contract and prior to having access to any critical information.
